Property was former site of Westinghouse Research Center until 1996. Buildings have been removed but asphalt parking lot and some concrete floorings remain. Zoned “S-2”, Special Zoning in Forest Hills and “B-1”, Business in Chalfant. Both municipalities will consider rezoning. PA DEP cleanup was started and monitoring wells are located on site. Traffic count on US 30 is about 15,790 vehicles. Site is close to Aldi, Giant Eagle, 3 banks, Walmart, bus service and 2 miles to high school.
