Located in the heart of Nolensville, adjacent to Town Hall. The 12.5-acre property was previously entitled for a mixed-use development in the Town of Nolensville, Tennessee. It is now zoned for commercial mixed use as CD4C.
Currently, the retail GAP analysis shows that Nolensville residents must do much of their shopping and dining in Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin or Smyrna. Over $1.2 Billion dollars a year flow out of Nolensville. The Town would very much like to see that money spent within the Town of Nolensville.
The intention is to establish a central commercial district that currently does not exist within the town. The result is that the site was previously approved for mixed use development. There is still strong support among the stakeholders for that type of mixed use development on this site.
