Solar lease payments are as follows: Current lease payments: $875 per quarter currently through September 2025 $1,125 per quarter October 2025 through September 2035 $1,375 per quarter beginning in October 2035 through August 2047 Price for the 10 acres: $64,285 Seller will share escrow fees We are selling the 10 acre property with the associated solar lease attached, including ongoing lease payments. The solar company is required to remove the solar equipment at the end of the lease, unless the lease is renewed by mutual agreement.
