Pineda Commons will be a neighborhood center anchored by Sprouts and EOS Fitness. It will be located in the City of Melbourne, in Brevard County, Florida, on the southeast corner of Business Center Boulevard and Wickham Road, a major north/south artery. The location is across from several establishments including Home Depot, Goodwill, Dollar Tree, Racetrac, retail specialty shops, and restaurants. The property is half a mile south of the Pineda Causeway, connecting to both US #1 and the beach. The Pineda Causeway Extension, completed in May 2011, also connects to Interstate 95.
