The Moose Ridge Subdivision has a tentative map approved by the City of Reno Dec. 2, 2021. Project consists of 27 lots, built out on a portion of the 42.97 acres, the balance of which will remain open space with no building behind the lots approved. The northern tier lots have excellent views of the city of Reno. The tentative map features 27 lots that are 8,000 sqft and will accommodate a single level home with a three-car garage.
