Wintonlea is a well established industrial area, situated on Monument Way West accessed via Boundary Road. Woking Town Centre is just a few minutes drive in distance, but is also very easily accessible on foot via main roads (approx 20 minutes), providing access to the mainline railway station and all other amenities in the town. Road communications are excellent with access to the M25 at Chertsey (Jnct 11) and the A3 at Send (Burnt Common).
