Two Step District is a 45.2 acre mixed use development in Kyle, Texas, strategically located along I-35 Frontage Road. The project includes an outdoor amphitheater, restaurants, retail, townhomes and flats on the 14.6 acres facing I-35. The remaining 30.6 acres will feature high end multifamily housing, retail, a beer garden, rooftop pickleball courts and a large pond, enhancing recreational opportunities. We aim to offer residents the convenience of work, shopping and living spaces, while providing entertainment options to ensure economic prosperity for the City. Since completing our zoning and incentive negotiations with the city, we've kicked off preleasing of parcel one, submitted our plat and site plans to the city, and begun negotiating leases. We anticipate having site plan and plat approvals this month, and aim to break ground this quarter, as we've seen tremendous interest in the project.
