Sam Houston Town Center is located at the northwest corner of Interstate 45 and FM 1097 in Willis, Texas. The center is conveniently positioned at the main entrance to Willis and the community of Bentwater in Montgomery County, just north of Conroe and south of New Waverly. The Howard Hughes Corporation, the current developer of the Woodlands, has acquired and will develop 2,000 acres for a new master planned community south of Sam Houston Town Center on the west side of I-45 south of FM 1097 and the northern Conroe Community.
