Gateway Village at Town Center is a mixed-use development located at the southwest corner of Gate Parkway and Deerwood Park Butler. The development includes 300 multi-family units, an urgent care facility, a gas c-store, and multi-tenant retail. There is approximately 2.5 acres available for lease on Deerwood Park Blvd. Additionally, there is up to 20,000 square feet of multi-tenant retail available along Gate Parkway. Gateway Village at Town Center is located at the southwest corner of Gate Parkway and Deerwood Park Boulevard. The site is just south of Butler Boulevard and the St. Johns Town Center. The surrounding area is continuing to grow with over 3,750 multi-family units approved and/or under construction.
