Octagon House is located within the 100-acre Gadbrook Park Business Park on the outskirts of Northwich, offering quick and easy access to the A556 and just a five minute drive to the extensive amenities of Northwich town-centre. It was purpose built by its previous occupier Barclays Bank in 1987. The property was originally operated as a contact centre for Barclays business banking division with elements of its investment banking and wealth management also operating out of the location.
The building is of a steel frame construction with brick elevations under a pitched roof, built around a central courtyard. The highly flexible floorplates are predominantly open plan with separate male, female and disabled toilets on each floor. The building has benefited from numerous refurbishment works carried out by Barclays within the past five years including new boilers and generators, new air conditioning and the refurbishment of the existing passenger lift.
