Flatwood Industrial Park is located just off of I-85, approximately 21 miles east of the South Carolina Inland Port, and an approximate 1 hour drive to Charlotte Douglas International Airport & Norfolk Southern's Charlotte regional intermodal yard. Totaling 42.1 acres, this site can accomodate an additional development of up to 300,000 SF. A newly constructed 901,350 SF build-to-suit distribution facility was built for Rite Aid in 2016. A 362,774 SF speculative building was leased to Senator International in 2017 and then sold to Contec, Inc in 2018. Water, sewer, electricity and gas are all delivered to the site, and fiber capabilities are present.
