The industrial estate provides a variety of accommodation both in terms of age and size. The industrial and workshop units are arranged in several blocks and terraces. There are currently also five small offices suites (only 8% of the estate accommodation) and three container storage units. There is also an additional secure storage compound towards the southern end of the estate and a further central disused buidling that offers the potential for further open storage or new development. The estate is accessed from a single gated entrance off Poolhead Lane. Each unit has allocated parking on site although the landlord does have the ability to relocate spaces if required.
