Seller will provide, at Seller’s cost, the following:
• A tax parcel, to include the preliminary test fit site layout for discussion and negotiation purpose and once agreed, final parcel layout (the parcel is recorded upon the day of closing);
• Take the agreed upon preliminary parcel through the process of formal approval by the City of Liberty Lake;
• Provide a metes and bounds survey;
• Stake the four corners of the parcel and create the legal description;
• Phase One Level Environmental Survey;
• Standard Form Title Insurance (Vista Title Company of Spokane – under written by Stewart Title Company);
Offers should come in the form of the Letter of Intent, with listing agent drafting a PSA (CBA Form PSA – I can provide a “blank” if requested).
