The second phase of Newcastle Helix, due to be delivered in Q2 2021, will comprise a new build Grade A office of exceptional quality, providing accommodation over ten floors with access to stunning public realm arranged around Firebrick Square, a new public space at the heart of this dynamic regeneration area. The following accommodation will be available either as a whole or on a floor by floor basis. Floor areas set out below are subject to confirmation.
