(“Manderley”). The Offering presents a very rare opportunity to acquire on a sale lease back basis a professionally managed and operated sod farm of scale. Located within the United Counties of Prescott Russel, approximately 5 km south of the Town of Casselman, the Property is a total 1,053 acres of commercial farmland. The Property is a contiguous block that has several significant improvements including tile drainage at 200 foot spacings, permit to take water, a six (6) tower Reinke lateral irrigation system, and finally in 2018 a $530,000 investment was made to construct a six (6) acre irrigation reservoir.
