Helmont House is a landmark building, built in the 1980’s comprising offices, retail and hotel accommodation, over basement, ground, and ten upper floors. It was comprehensively refurbished in 2009. The office accommodation is accessed off a piazza level (first floor) with refurbished reception and lift lobby providing access to the office levels on ground and third to tenth floors.
