The Promenade at Reedmont is the commercial, interstate fronting component of an 80 acre +/- mixed use development that will be anchored by the new 200,000 square foot Jonesboro Sportsplex as well as The Reedmont, a 377 unit luxury condominium development with a 19,000 square foot clubhouse, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a walking trail, and 20,000 square feet of retail. Ingress and Egress into the development is through Race Street, Browns Lane/Browns Lane Access, and McClellan Drive; with a new planned access from Caraway Road via Conrad Drive.
