Sittingbourne is an expanding town in the borough of Swale in Kent, approximately 17 miles north west of Canterbury and 12 miles north east of Maidstone. The town is served by the A2 which links to the M2, M25 and A282 Dartford Crossing, and benefits from frequent bus and mainline train services to the surrounding areas. The newly developed commercial units are situated in the Stones Farm, a residential led scheme in Bapchild, to the east of Sittingbourne, where approximately 600 new homes are being delivered.
