The site comprises concrete hard standing, previously used for storage of aggregates. It is available with the existing transport office, which includes meeting and welfare facilities. The site is well screened from view by mature woodland and is enclosed by a combination of metal palisade and concrete post/plank fencing, with an earth embankment to the northern boundary.
