Prime land located in the City of Victorville approximately 90 miles northeast of downtown Los Angeles, in California’s High Desert. Victorville is one of four cities that comprise of the Victor Valley, which has a population of approximately 410,000. The Victor Valley has experienced steady growth since it was settled in the early twentieth century. Population in the past fteen years alone has doubled and is expected to surpass 675,000 by 2025. After New Orleans, the Victor Valley experienced the highest population increase in 2008, of any metropolitan area in the United States, a time when California had an overall decrease in population. The primary driver of growth in the Valley is affordable housing for the Inland Empire and Los Angeles basin.
