Flint is situated on the North Wales coast approximately 13 miles to the west of Chester. The A55 (Expressway) which is approximately 4 miles to the south, provides a dual carriageway link to both the M56 in the east and the port of Holyhead in the west. Ashmount Enterprise Park is situated within the well established Aber Park Industrial Estate immediately to the south west of Flint town centre. The estate is approached from Aber Road which links to the A548 (Holywell Road) to the north and Church Street (A5119) to the south east.
