We are interested in selling or partnering to reposition this property as a 3.5 start boutique hotel with great camping amenities. Weiss Lake gets 500k visitors a year and the local properties have not invested in their locations. We are on a huge lot with the ability to add additional revenue streams via RV Parking, events, etc. The business is profitable as is but the revenues could double with a rehab/renovation.
