The Medway Place is a 115,134 square foot plaza with over 1,000 linear feet of frontage on Route 109 which was recently repaved through a major Mass DOT project. As part of this project we secured a new signalized intersection, which has been installed, at one of our three entrances. The traffic count is approximately 23,000 +/- cars per day.
