The MedVet Columbus-Diley Hill 24/7 Animal Emergency and Specialty Care Hospital is a newly constructed, build-to-suit facility providing 24-hour emergency and specialty care for pets located in Canal Winchester, Ohio, a Columbus suburb located to the immediate southeast of the city. This state-of-the-art hospital offers advanced technology and imaging equipment to ensure quality care, including CT, dedicated surgical suites, digital radiography, endoscopy, and point-of-care ultrasound. MedVet Columbus-Diley Hill is 100% leased for a 15-year term with a projected commencement date of December 1, 2024, with three 5-year renewal options and 1.7% annual rent increases throughout the primary term and option periods.
