Currently has a Mexican food restaurant with drive thru and patio as a tenant. They are on a lease that dictates that if the business/property are sold and the owner chooses to remove them for another tenant, they will have to leave. The tenant is wanting a long term lease, but he is aware that we are looking to sell the property and understands the circumstances. We are looking to sell this property in order to buy a larger property.
