The Westminster Economic Development Authority (WEDA) for the City of Westminster, Colorado, respectfully invites statements of interest and summaries of qualifications from prospective developers (Developers) to purchase WEDA-owned land and construct a market-rate for sale residential project at Holly Park. The objective of this Request for Interest (RFI) is to select a Developer that is willing and qualified to develop a project that meets WEDA’s goals and vision for residential development of Holly Park. WEDA is prepared to negotiate the sale of land for Holly Park.
