Welcome to the Maven District's sister location, Maven West! Maven is home to Salt Lake City's largest community of female-owned small businesses. Now leasing, Maven West is conveniently located in the up and coming area of 300 W across from TF Brewing. We are changing the landscape of Central 9th one local entrepreneur at a time. As a curated block of locally-owned businesses, this community believes in diversity, self-growth, and dreaming big. We are thrilled to unveil our newest building, which features four-stories: ground-level restaurant spaces, a second level series of offices and commercial spaces, and two upper floors of exquisite luxury residences. Maven West will be the cornerstone to this local hood, which is vibrantly growing with young residents who treasure supporting their local community and as we continue to grow together, our collective of small businesses share customers through proximity, partnerships, and collaborations as a district. When you become a part of this community, you also unlock access to our sister block, the Maven District on 900 South at 200 East, happily inhabited by neighborhood favorites like Normal Ice Cream, The Land of Salt, Koo de Ker, The Petal Coop, Chantel Lauren, Mineral and Matter, Nova Nail Salon, Chip Cookies, La Barba Coffee, Planted Salon, Art Haus and more, including our very own Maven Strong, a Pilates Reformer fitness studio, Maven Create, a coworking/event space with private office sector, and Maven Live, a residency of luxury townhomes. We are also breaking ground on our newest addition to the Maven District, which we lovingly call 2.0, across the street of 900 South, where soon there will be future apartments, micro-retail spaces, and another restaurant with a roof top garden.
