Sellers have a 10+ year history of rentals. They use the property themselves for appx 60 days per year...so in 10 months of rental usage, they gross over 80k (projected over 90k if used all year round as a rental). Buyers can either rent out on their own for minimal rental fees (ie airbnb, vrbo, etc) or use the resort to book, manage, clean, repair, turn down service, etc which is much more expensive (52% fee...but totally hands free).
