Restrictive Covenants: No part of the Property may be used for the sale of car wash services, oil change services, motor vehicle lubrication services, check cashing services, grocery items, beer or wine for off- premises consumption, tobacco products, lottery tickets, motor fuel, fountain drinks or teas. The Restrictive Covenant runs with the Property, is binding on Grantee and Grantee's successors and assigns forever, and insures to the benefit of the Grantor and Grantor's successors and assigns forever.
