Jackson St. Kitchens provides 22 private, health department approved commercial kitchens between 250 and 500 square feet. Communal storage areas are available in a shared walk-in freezer and cooler as well as shared dry storage, pick-up/delivery and fulfillment areas.
Each commercial kitchen is rented on a monthly basis. We supply all infrastructure such as hoods, fire suppression systems, sinks, grease interceptors, heavy 3-phase power, and gas, and our operators then bring in whatever specific appliances are needed to manufacture your products.
Jackson St. Kitchens also offers Food Truck Parking. Please inquire with management for parking availability.
Available kitchens are priced from $2,100 to $3,700 per month based on size. We have a blanket health permit for the facility. Our tenants register with the County Health Department as an operator at Jackson St. Kitchens prior to move-in (This process generally takes less than two weeks). Jackson St. Kitchens pays most utilities including water, trash, janitorial, wifi, pest control. Our tenants are responsible for just their individual gas/electric bill. All tenants have 24/7 access to the facility.
