The Passaic Industrial Complex | Passaic Plaza is a 1.7 million square foot primarily-industrial & retail site located in Passaic, NJ. The site is comprised of 23 buildings, sitting on 37 acres of land, housing over 200 businesses in a wide variety of space uses, sizes and configurations. A portion of the site was converted to retail use with strong anchor tenancies including McDonald’s, Dollar Tree, Value Zone, American Thrift and Sherwin-Williams. Phase II of the retail project along Dayton Ave. was completed in 2025, achieving an additional 28,000 sq. ft. of retail store fronts. The facility is gated with 24/7 on-site security. Dayton Avenue is serviced by NJ Transit Bus Lines 702 and 744.
