The 9 East 33rd Street development is a 570-bed student housing facility with 30,000 square feet of ground floor retail including CVS Pharmacy, Busboys and Poets entertainment restaurant, Towson Hot Bagel, honeygrow, Race Pace Bicycles, Chase Bank, Bird in Hand and Döner Brös. Located one block from the property will be a new $250 million Johns Hopkins student center that includes 150,000 square feet of total space. Also there is a new 115-room hotel planned around the corner at 33rd and North Charles Streets with a ground break in 2021.
