The Landings sits at the southeastern corner of US Highway 280 and Interstate 85 at Exit 58 in Opelika, centrally located within the Auburn-Opelika MSA. The same interchange features Tiger Town, which historically has bolstered a less than 2% vacancy rate since its development in the early 2000's.
