In July 2015, a joint venture partnership led by King Street Properties purchased 830 Winter Street, a 182,000 SF class-A, institutional quality lab building located in Waltham, MA. Constructed in 2001, the building is 100% leased to three publicly owned life science tenants: GlaxoSmithKline, Immunogen, and Histogenics Corp. 830 Winter Street was purchased as part of King Street’s core-plus investments program.
