This Space was Formerly a Sports Bar. It still has 13 TV's and 3 low boy coolers. 2 Keg Fridges and a hook up ready for a dish machine. This would make for an easy set up for another Bar concept but could also easily be stripped before lease to give a fresh canvas for a new concept.
