Known as Indio Plaza Center, this is an approximately 20,000 square feet, two-story building that is accessible from either Highway 111 or Monroe Street in Indio. (Located by Ciro's Restaurant.) The first floor features retail, office, and medical office uses. The second floor which has both elevator and stairwell access, features smaller suites in the 300-500 square feet range, and two larger suites between 900-1,400 square feet. Office uses occupy the second floor. Located at the intersection of Highway 111 and Monroe Street, this area is a key hub for the City of Indio. The I-10 freeway is located to the north, JFK Hospital is located to the south, various retail and office services are located to the west, and various County of Riverside services are located to the east.
