The Pepperberg "Cigar" Factory is one of Lincoln's historic buildings and located in the Haymarket. It was once known as the Pepperberg Segar Company which manufactured and wholesaled cigars from the building until the 1930s. Today, it offers residential units on the 3rd and 4th levels; Escape Lincoln and Tomahawks on the 2nd and 1st levels then individual offices within the lower level. All accessible via elevator. Common kitchen, restrooms and sitting nook. Metered parking is available directly in front of the building underneath the bypass. It is in within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, Pinnacle Bank Arena, the State Capitol, City/County buildings, and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
