Rationalist — Art Deco style building built in 1929 and included in the Catalogue of Barcelona's Architectural Heritage. It includes several green areas and a passive bioclimatic character, with the intention of creating an island of vegetation in the heart of the city. Without losing its original style, it offers two types of floors: industrial-type spaces on the lower floors and high-end space on the upper floors.
