Atelier is a new luxury mixed-use tower by Carmel Partners. The tower features approximately 360 units for lease above the ground level retail. The retail spaces feature high ceilings, and can accommodate patio area on both 8th and Olive streets. The tower recently opened, and spaces are currently available. Atelier is located at 8th and Olive Streets, on the border of Downtown's Financial District, South Park District, and the Historic Broadway Theater District. Many new residential units have either recently opened, or are under construction within a few blocks of this site. The boutique Freehand Hotel has opened across the street from the project, and retailers Whole Foods, SoulCycle, Shake Shack, Sweetgreen, H&M's COS, and Modern Times Beer have either recently opened or are under construction within 2 blocks of the site.
