Much of the site engineering work has been completed and the plans have been through the initial review by County officials with minimal changes required. The Purchaser will be responsible for the completion of the engineering work. There is an existing house on the property that was built in the 1940's. It is expected that the Purchaser will remove it at the commencement of site development work. Offers will be considered.
