The far Northwest side of San Antonio is the city’s fastest growing sub-market, with growth heavily focused in the area between Bandera Road and Culebra. The Texas Department of Transportation recently completed a major expansion of Loop 1604 between Bandera and Culebra in light of this new growth. The intersection of Shaenfield Road and Loop 1604 now features a new-construction highway overpass with full entry/exit ramps on both sides of the freeway to handle the high vehicle throughput. The Shaenfield Ranch Center is located at the hard corner of this new overpass.
