Upon acquisition, Cambridge Hanover undertook a substantial rehabilitation program, which included adding new parking, demising and separately metering individual units, and orienting the property to allow for multiple tenants, including MC Graphics and Jabil Circuits. Cambridge Hanover sold the building complex to a large Pension Fund Advisor in 2006.
