Doral Atrium is a mixed-use project located on the Northwest corner of Doral Blvd. and 79th Avenue. The project consists of approximately 78,340 SF of commercial space, plus 350 multi-family units in an 8 level residential project developed by Trammell Crow Residential. The residential tower will include a 562-space garage. The retail center is grocery-anchored by a major national grocery chain and includes high-visibility retail and restaurant opportunities with 228 parking spaces at one of Miami's busiest intersections.
