It is now one of the largest medical office buildings in Canada. The building is located at the southwest corner of Bay Street & College Street. It is a block away from Queens Park and several Toronto hospitals including Hospital for Sick Children, Mount Sinai Hospital, Princess Margaret Hospital (University Health Network), Toronto General Hospital (University Health Network), Women's College Hospital and Holland Orthopaedic & Arthritic Centre.
