Longstreth's revitalized facility features a unique, 5K SF retail experience for customers as well as approximately 16K SF of warehouse space and 4K SF of office space. In addition, new LED lighting was recently installed throughout the building and the HVAC system in the office space was significantly upgraded.

The Property is ideally positioned next to the WC Eagles Field Hockey Club and Training Facility. Built in 2009, the Training Center is the first and only field hockey specific facility in the country and features three (3) indoor courts and the Joe Neuber Field - an outdoor stadium with state-of-the-art TigerTurf playing surface.
Field hockey is most popular in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions of the U.S. but is growing in interest at the youth and high school levels across the country. In particular, Pennsylvania and New Jersey are considered to have the best field hockey programs in the U.S., with Pennsylvania serving as the headquarters for the USA Field Hockey Team from 2013-2020. Furthermore, approximately 266 schools compete in field hockey in Chester County alone, with more than 114,490 female athletes (Source: PIAA).
