The Miramar submarket is centrally located between Interstate-805 and Interstate-15 and forms the main corridor between UTC / Torrey Pines and Poway / Scripps Ranch. This area is in close proximity to many of San Diego County’s affluent suburbs. Miramar, one of San Diego County’s largest industrial markets, is know as the center for San Diego’s Industrial and Distribution companies, as well as the home of Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar.
