Property is located on the East side of US Hwy 287 just south of Heritage Parkway. Mitchell Rd is on the east side of the property. Property was rezoned to PD to allow for the current church owner to develop as a church. The city says they would expect it to be rezoned to Industrial or commercial so long as jobs will be created from that use. Engineers have estimated 6 acres are in the flood area.
