The Plaza at Oak Manor will be constructed in two phases with each phase including a 5000 square foot retail building located on a hard corner off of Old Jacksonville- a growth corridor with approximately 38,781 Vehicles Per Day. Building/Phase 1 is in construction and fully leased. This tenants will include (1) The Little Gym- a child development franchise where children ages 4 months to 12 years learn and grow through movement-based learning and imaginative play and (2) a dry cleaning company in the drive thru. Phase 2 will include another 5000 square foot building with owners willing to work with future tenants on building to their needs. The location will have 77 parking spots available to the tenants.
