Prospective Buyers must sign a Registration, Confidentiality, and Waiver Agreement (Reg_Confi) before receiving operating data, rent roll, and other informational materials—contact listing brokers to have the Reg_Confi emailed to you. If you are a Broker representing a prospective buyer, the document must be completed by both your client and the brokerage.
