College Square is located on Route 11 between I-64 and Downtown Lexington providing high visibility to all tenants. Starbucks will be coming to our center in Fall 2023! Our other anchor Tenants include Tractor Supply, YMCA, and Sherwin Williams. The Virginia Horse Center has 575,000 visitors per year - less than a mile from the center bringing out of town guests to businesses within the center year-round.
